GBA Holdings Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with a stock code 261. We are principally engaged in property business and finance business. At present, all our property projects are located in China. As the economy of China is escalating, the need of quality housing is increasing dramatically. We were the pioneer investors entering the property development market in China at the inception of Chinese economic reform. We are fully confident of our prospect in the property market of China.
We will continue to expand our property business not only in China but also in Hong Kong. In order to diversify and broaden our revenue sources, we obtained a money lender licence in May 2018 and started our money lending business in Hong Kong. We believe there are plenty of opportunities ahead for the Company. We intend to diversify into other possible business as opportunities may arise.
